Shipping methods

Domestic shipping (mainland Spain) is FREE on orders OVER €40 (Standard Shipping)

Orders from Roman Joyero are processed through Correos Express and shipped once payment has been confirmed. If payment is received before noon, the order will be processed the same day , provided the item is in stock. If payment is received after noon or the item is not in stock at our stores, it will be processed the following day.

Our orders will only be processed on business days . Orders placed from Friday after 12 PM will be shipped the following Monday.

Peninsula (Spain)

• Express : We will prioritize preparing your order so it arrives as soon as possible. It will arrive within 24 hours of placing the order (business days). The price is €9.99.
• Standard (Free on orders over €40): Delivery time from payment confirmation is 2-3 business days. The price is €4.99.

*If your order needs to go through the workshop , such as for adjusting the size of a ring, you will have a delivery time of 15 working days.

Balearic Islands

• Standard: 2-3 business days, price €25

To place an order for delivery to another destination , please contact us and we will find a way for you to enjoy our jewelry.

Delivery times may vary due to internal factors (workload) or external factors (shipping company). During sales periods or holidays (non-working days, August, Easter week), delivery times may be longer than stated. If you need a package by a specific date, please indicate this in the order instructions so we can guarantee delivery .

Order tracking

To track your order's progress, you will receive a series of emails each time its status is updated. Additionally, if needed, we can provide you with the tracking number from the shipping agency; simply email us at info@romanjoyero.com.

Collection Point (Stores)

At Roman Joyero, we offer free in-store pickup at one of our locations . You have 12-24 hours to collect your order.

- Seville City Centre Store: Calle Rioja, 5 - 41001 Seville

- Los Remedios Store: Calle Virgen de Lujan, 11- 41011 Seville

Opening Hours: Monday to Friday (10:00-13:30, 17:30-20:30) and Saturdays (10:30-13:30 - Rioja store)

Exchanges and returns

Exchange and Return Policy

At Roman Joyero, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer you the possibility of exchanging or returning your pieces within the terms and conditions detailed below:

• Changes: completely free.

• Returns: the cost of shipping will be borne by the customer (€9.99).

You have 15 business days from receipt of the order to manage an exchange or return, provided that the jewelry is not personalized or has been through the workshop (such as size changes).

How to make a return?

• • In-store returns (FREE)
    You can return your order at one of our retail locations. This is an ideal option if you're in Seville or have a visit planned, as you'll be able to see more pieces in person!
  • Convenient and easy collection (Correos Express – €9.99):
    A courier will pick up your order at the address you provide, so you don't have to go anywhere. Just let us know your preferred pickup date so we can schedule it. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to arrange this. You'll receive a label by email that you'll need to print and attach to the package. 
  • Shipping at my own expense:
    You can send it with the transport company of your choice, but we are not responsible for losses or damages during transit.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it. If everything is in order, the return will be approved and the refund will be issued within a maximum of 15 business days , using the same payment method used (excluding shipping costs if paid by the customer).

Important information

• No returns will be accepted for used products.
• Earrings: For hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if you are not satisfied with them upon receipt, you can request an exception within the first 24/48 hours . Our team will evaluate each case individually.
  
• The product must be protected (for example, in a padded envelope) and never with the original packaging visible . If the product does not arrive in good condition due to lack of protection, Roman Joyero may refuse the refund.
